Our extrusion and coating lines cover 60 GSM to 300 GSM. Light 60–90 GSM fabrics suit disposable covers and packaging liners; 110–160 GSM is the workhorse for construction and agriculture covers; 180–300 GSM is used for truck sides, heavy ground sheets and multi-season storage covers. PVC coated grades run separately from 500 to 900 gsm.
Standard stock specifications start from 1,000 kg. Fully customised orders — bespoke colour, GSM, eyelet pitch, printed logo or cut size — normally start from 3,000 kg, which is also the volume that lets us run an efficient loom and coating set-up and keep the unit price competitive.
PE laminated tarpaulin gives the best cost per square metre for temporary covering and is fully waterproof. PP woven tarpaulin offers higher tensile strength and better recyclability for liners and bulk covers. PVC coated tarpaulin is the right answer where abrasion resistance, high-frequency welding and a 3–7 year service life matter — truck curtains, tents and marine covers. Send us the end use and climate and we will recommend one grade rather than three.
Every batch is checked for weight per square metre, width, tensile and tear strength, hydrostatic waterproofness, eyelet pull-out force and UV additive dosage. Loading photographs and a batch inspection report are shared with the buyer before the container leaves port, and third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) can be arranged at the buyer's request.
We ship mainly via Qingdao, Lianyungang and Shanghai. Typical production lead time is 15–25 days after deposit for one 40HQ container, depending on colour and finishing complexity. Repeat orders in a running colour are usually at the faster end of that range.
